Ice Castles

This year for the month of LOVE I made my Adam a 14 dates of love garland. Every morning he gets to open one of the small envelopes on the garland and see what our date will be for that day. Some dates consist of going out, others are free dates right within the walls of our cozy apartment. It has been so fun to see how excited he gets each day as he opens the envelope (even though it has only been one day).

We went to the ice castles when it was light and then went to dinner at a local Mexican restaurant. Once we were warmed up we went back to see them when it was dark. The lights were amazing and it created a completely different feel to the ice castles. We still can't decide whether or not we like them in the day or night better.
